Situated in a quiet, relaxing location, the house is however only five minutes drive from the city centre and an excellent departure point for the other attractions of Umbria.

This terraced house has approx 200 square meters of floor space divided in to three levels.

The house is fully furnished with a mixture of design and antique furniture.

 

On the first floor there is a living room, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. The second floor has three bedrooms (one with double bed, en-suite bathroom and private balcony, one twin bedroom and one single bedroom with a balcony) plus a bathroom.

 

On the ground floor there is a large dining room with an open space fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, laundry and a small garden with dining area. The ground floor dining room can comfortably seat twelve people and is ideal for entertaining.
